After selling on Etsy for the last 12 years, I recently decided to make the switch to my own platform to have a more one-on-one experience with my customers. My crafting frenzy was fueled by the birth of my first son 19 years ago scrapbooking important moments in my and my families life and I would never have imagined doing what I do today. Over the years, I have made it my goal to go above and beyond for my customers and to be there for their every need. Here at Mermaids & Monograms, I don't treat my clients like customers but instead, I treat them like what started this 19 years ago, family.
